WatScout
Overview
Continue your WatScout conversation beside the page you are viewing.
Keep checked preparation with the posting. Use WatScout on the website or beside a page in Chrome. The same account keeps your chats, saved jobs, preparation, and preferences together. - Save a selected posting. Examine its facts, missing information, and possible duplicates before you save. - Keep a shortlist of a maximum of three jobs. Use keyboard controls to open preparation from the job list. - Save profile facts you examined. An edit clears their checkboxes. These checks record your decisions. - Prepare a task with the job facts and your experience. Keep its target, progress, Stop control, and saved result available across workspace views. - Open a saved result again after a page change. Examine its facts before you reuse it. - Continue an interrupted save without another task copy. Stop prevents a late task result from replacing saved work after the service accepts Stop. - Preview a supported application field. Fill one field with the selected value or undo that fill. Undo cannot replace a later manual edit. - Link contacts and source excerpts to saved jobs. Examine a proposed status before you accept or reject it. WatScout does not read your inbox or send reminders from these records. - Save original application files and export selected files with their job links. Keep exports private. - Recover supported private records from a WatScout export into an empty account. Examine the preview and saved receipt. Shared access, sign-in data, schedules, and action permissions do not transfer. Original chat image bytes are not available. - Compare saved jobs using facts and your priorities. WatScout gives no job score or hiring prediction. - Fit preparation into your available time. Keep work that does not fit visible. - Use a browser page after you allow its site. Leave the page out or stop using that site when needed. - Share selected work with a private circle. Your other chats, jobs, contacts, and files stay private. - Connect Claude Code to the limited saved-job tools through a connection you approve in WatScout. End its access in Account settings. You control sign-in, applications, payments, agreements, messages to people, and account deletion. Full access does not bypass site permissions or provider availability. A model request in progress can still use service time after Stop. Available app connections appear in Integrations. Notion is available within your granted access. Google and Microsoft remain restricted while provider checks are completed. Examine important facts in the original posting. AI can make mistakes. Examine its output before you use it. WatScout does not promise a job or measured time savings. WatScout is a product of Nest Digital Canada Inc. It is independent of the University of Waterloo.
