GoToLLM
Overview
Prompt any LLM instantly from the address bar. Type 'ai' + Tab + your question.
GoToLLM — Prompt any AI instantly from your address bar GoToLLM is the fastest way to ask an AI a question. No switching tabs, no navigating to a website, no clicking into a text box. Just type ai, press Tab, and you're there. **How it works** Type ai in Chrome's address bar and press Tab. Chrome's address bar transforms into your AI prompt. Type your question and press Enter — GoToLLM takes you directly to your chosen AI with your prompt already filled in and submitted. That's it. Three keystrokes to get an answer from ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, or Grok. **Choose your default AI** Click the GoToLLM icon to open settings and pick your preferred AI. ChatGPT fan? Set it as your default. Claude convert? One click. Your preference is saved automatically, and all prompts without a prefix go straight there. **Override on the fly** Want to send a specific question to a different AI? Just add a prefix: claude: explain quantum entanglement chatgpt: write a cover letter for a software engineer perplexity: latest news on fusion energy gemini: summarize this concept for a 10-year-old grok: what's happening on X today No need to change your default — just prefix and go. **Supported AI services** ChatGPT (chatgpt.com) Claude (claude.ai) Gemini (Google AI Studio) Perplexity Grok **Open source & privacy first** GoToLLM collects zero user data. There are no analytics, no tracking, no external requests of any kind. The only thing stored is your default AI preference — and that lives entirely on your own device. The source code is intentionally minimal and fully open source on GitHub so you can see exactly what it does (and doesn't do). It's about 60 lines of code. Anyone can read it and verify there's nothing hidden. Why GoToLLM? If you use AI tools daily, the friction of opening a new tab and navigating to a site adds up. GoToLLM turns your address bar — something you already use dozens of times a day — into a universal AI launcher. It's the missing shortcut that should have existed from the start.
