Spend less time re-entering your work schedule. Gopher Timesheet Filler helps University of Minnesota employees prepare and submit MyU timesheets from locally saved schedules. FEATURES • Manage multiple jobs with separate weekly schedules and optional Week 1 / Week 2 patterns. • Set workdays, start and end times, and optional unpaid breaks. • View hours by job, week, and reporting period before submitting. • Change your hours for a specific date or mark it as a day off without changing your weekly schedule. • Copy any consecutive 7 or 14 days from MyU into My jobs. Matching weeks use one recurring schedule; different weeks are saved separately. One-time changes are kept, and copying does not submit hours to MyU. • Get started by importing your job titles and weekly schedules directly from MyU—no manual setup needed. • Follow a step-by-step tutorial to set up and submit your hours. • Review your hours before submitting, with optional remembered consent for later one-click runs. • Preserve existing submitted hours during normal filling. • Review and clear eligible submitted hours separately. Approved and locked records are protected, and saved schedules stay unchanged. • See existing hours, newly submitted hours, and verified totals when finished. PRIVACY Your saved schedules are encrypted and stored locally in your Chrome profile. The extension has no developer-operated backend, advertising, or analytics. Authorized timesheet changes are sent to MyU through the university’s existing page. REQUIREMENTS An eligible University of Minnesota employee account with access to MyU timesheets is required to read, fill, submit, or clear MyU hours.
