This has been a godsend many many times over the years, but one thing that annoys me to no end is the inability to disable the extension per website/language (extension options leads to a blank page). I work on an app called Miro in the browser, and anytime I double click on any text, the tiny extension icon shows up, and won't go away until I click on it and dismiss it. Other than that, it's stellar!

A good app helps me a lot. But it doesn't translate local HTML Correct it if possible. Sometimes this is necessary, especially when reading books. ....after a few minutes... I figured it out, It just needed to be turned on Allow access to file URLs in Manage Extension

It works pretty well, it's just missing that one feature from the web app where you can switch the languages around easily so that for example you go from translating English -> German to translating German -> English. It's only a couple of extra clicks to get there via the 'Google Translate' link, but it's still not 100% seamless.

I just started using Google Translate. I think it's a very useful tool. It's easy to use and gives me accurate translations.
