Google Translate Auto Dark Mode
Overview
Adds JS-assisted dark mode to Google Translate when Chrome or the system is using dark mode.
Google Translate Auto Dark Mode makes translate.google.com easier to use in dark environments. The extension follows your Chrome or operating system dark-mode setting automatically. When dark mode is enabled, it applies a focused dark theme to Google Translate, including the translation panels, text fields, language tabs, buttons, and light gray interface areas. When your browser or system returns to light mode, the extension stops applying its dark theme. This extension is intentionally minimal: - Works only on https://translate.google.com/* - No popup - No settings page - No background script - No extension permissions - No data collection - No tracking - No remote code Version 2 uses a small content script to identify Google Translate interface elements more reliably, because some Google Translate class names are generated and may change across users, languages, or rollouts. The script only marks page elements for styling. It does not read, store, transmit, or analyze your translation text.
