Google Meet Session Manager is an internal tool for the Scaler sales team. It makes sure that designated Google Meet sales calls are recorded consistently and that attendance for those calls is captured in the Scaler sales dashboard — without relying on reps to do it manually. When a rep joins a Google Meet that Scaler has marked for recording, the extension: • starts Google Meet's built-in recording automatically, • shows a brief "Meeting will start soon…" splash while the recording initializes, • keeps designated calls recording for the full session, and • records attendance (join time) and the peak participant count for the call. That information is synced to the Scaler sales dashboard the next time the rep opens it, giving managers a uniform, reliable record of sales calls. This extension is built for Scaler employees and is distributed internally. It communicates only with Scaler's own backend (scaler.com). It does not read chat messages, emails, or participant names, and it does not sell or share data with third parties.
