Overview

Brings back functionality for + and - keys to control zoom behavior in Google Maps. Currently, they only work very intermittently.

Allows shortcut for + and - keys to zoom in or out on Google Maps on ANY non-text-input focus. Currently, the arrow key and +/- keys only work after dragging around the map to change focus from the HTML.
