Google Forms Submission Logger
Overview
Privately records Google Forms questions, submitted answers, links, upload metadata, and TXT receipts on this device.
Google Forms Submission Logger keeps a private, searchable record of Google Forms you submit on this device. After Google Forms confirms a response, the extension stores the form title, URL, sections, questions, submitted answers, visible options, useful links, and available file-upload metadata in local browser storage. It can also download a readable TXT receipt automatically. Key features: • Search and filter your locally saved submission history. • Distinguish confirmed submissions from unconfirmed attempts. • Download one submission as TXT or export all records as TXT, CSV, or JSON. • Detect useful links such as GitHub, LinkedIn, portfolio, résumé, and Drive URLs. • Record visible file names and metadata without reading uploaded file contents. • Categorize forms such as registrations, applications, quizzes, feedback, and research. Privacy is the default: there is no account, analytics service, advertising SDK, or remote application server. Submission history stays inside local extension storage on the current browser profile. Removing the extension removes its stored history. This is an independent extension and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.
