Google Forms Submission Logger keeps a private, searchable record of Google Forms you submit on this device. After Google Forms confirms a response, the extension stores the form title, URL, sections, questions, submitted answers, visible options, useful links, and available file-upload metadata in local browser storage. It can also download a readable TXT receipt automatically. Key features: • Search and filter your locally saved submission history. • Distinguish confirmed submissions from unconfirmed attempts. • Download one submission as TXT or export all records as TXT, CSV, or JSON. • Detect useful links such as GitHub, LinkedIn, portfolio, résumé, and Drive URLs. • Record visible file names and metadata without reading uploaded file contents. • Categorize forms such as registrations, applications, quizzes, feedback, and research. Privacy is the default: there is no account, analytics service, advertising SDK, or remote application server. Submission history stays inside local extension storage on the current browser profile.
