Why did you have to add a subscribtion, go find a job

Why can't I use it? I first used it why wasn't I given 3 tries I have to make a payment here to use it.
3 free tries were temporarily disabled, i've enabled them today back again. If you like the service you should purchase the subscription. There will be much more correct answers and you can solve unlimited number of forms.

I paid for the subscription. But when I try to log in to this account, I get an error message and that I need to log in to another one and buy a subscription on that. This seems like a scam.
