Overview
Extract Drive links, names & folder structures. Customize output, manage history, copy as tree.
Tired of manually grabbing links and names from Google Drive? Google Drive Link Getter is your powerful assistant to effortlessly extract file and folder information, saving you significant time and boosting your productivity. Whether you need a quick list of links for the current folder or a comprehensive, structured output of an entire directory tree, this extension has you covered! Key Features: 🔗 Instant Link & Name Extraction: Quickly get names and shareable links for all files and folders visible on the current Google Drive page. 🌲 Recursive Folder Scan (Optional): Activate deep scan mode to retrieve information from all subfolders and their descendants. The extension will navigate through your folder structure, collecting everything along the way. 🌳 Include Folders in Output: When recursive scan is active, not only files but also the scanned folders themselves (with their paths and links) are included in the results. ✂️ Flexible Name Formatting: Remove Directory Path: Choose to display and copy only the base names of files and folders, even from deep scans. Remove File Extension: Optionally strip common file extensions (e.g., .pdf, .docx) from the extracted names. 📋 Versatile Copy Options: Copy the full list (Name + Separator + Link). Copy file/folder names only (respects the "Remove directory path" setting). Copy Names as Tree (History): For history entries that included path information, copy the names formatted as an easy-to-read directory tree markup. 💾 Export to CSV: Conveniently export your extracted lists (name and link) to a CSV file for offline use, record-keeping, or sharing. 📜 Smart History Management: Automatically saves your extraction sessions (up to 50 entries). Easily search and filter your history by title or date. Re-copy, re-export, or copy as a tree directly from your history. ⚙️ Powerful Customization (Settings Tab): Language: Supports English and Vietnamese (adapts to your browser's language or can be set manually). Separator Character: Select your preferred separator (Tab, space, comma, colon, hyphen, pipe) or define a custom one for the "Name + Link" output. Dark Mode: Switch between light and dark themes for comfortable viewing. Notifications: Enable or disable browser notifications for completed actions. 🌍 Multilingual Interface: Available in English and Vietnamese. 🔒 Safe & Secure: Operates entirely within your browser. We respect your privacy and request only the minimum necessary permissions to function. How to Use: Navigate to a Google Drive folder (e.g., drive.google.com/drive/folders/...). Click the Google Drive Link Getter icon in your Chrome toolbar to open the popup. Home Tab: Click "Get Links". If "Recursive folder scan" is enabled in Settings, the extension will navigate through subfolders. The results (including folders if recursive scan is on, with names formatted according to your settings) will appear. Use the "Copy" or "Export to CSV" buttons. The "Copy" button respects the "Copy file names only" setting. History Tab: View past extraction sessions. Use search, or click "Copy", "Export to CSV", or "Copy Names as Tree" for any entry. The copy options will respect your current global settings for "Copy file names only" and "Remove directory path" where applicable for formatting. Settings Tab: Configure all options: language, separator, recursive scan, remove directory path, remove extension, dark mode, and notifications.
