Why does Google always take down small wonders that are beloved by tens of thousands of people? What do they get out of making their platform less useful?

SO CONVENIENT! Please don't take it down! As a student, I use this extension multiple times daily. Love the synonyms and time it saves instead of looking everything up individually. Definitely recommend!!!
