Overview

Redirects Google service links (Gmail, Meet, Calendar, Drive, etc.) through Account Chooser so you can pick the right account.

If you use more than one Google account, you know the problem: you click a link to your mail or a shared document, and it opens in the wrong account. Then you switch accounts, lose your place, and start again. Google Account Chooser (and Dashboard) fixes that. Whenever you open a Google service, it shows Google's own account chooser first, so you pick the right account before the page even loads. It works with 26 Google services, and you decide which ones it handles. If a link already points to a specific account, it can let it straight through. It also gives you a dashboard for all your accounts in one place. Each account gets its own card with its unread emails (sender, subject and a preview, opening into the full thread) and a launcher that opens any Google app directly in that account, with no chooser and no switching. Next to them you'll find your bookmarks bar, a search box that can also search your mail and files in a chosen account, your open Google tabs and recently opened documents grouped by account, and a summary of the services you use most. You can rearrange, resize or hide any part of it, and even use it as your new tab page. The toolbar button opens a quick launcher with all your Google services, and can show the same accounts, unread mail, search and tabs as the dashboard. Prefer it to stay open while you work? Show it in Chrome's side panel instead. A badge on the icon shows your unread mail count, across all accounts or for just one. Install it if you juggle personal, work or client accounts and want every Google link to open where it should, the first time. Everything happens in your browser, using the Google accounts you're already signed in to. The extension talks only to Google itself, doesn't ask you to sign in or for access to your account, and doesn't collect or send any of your data anywhere else. Not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.
