Goodfit for Recruiters connects your Goodfit account (an applicant-tracking system at goodfit.so) with the hiring tools you already use, so your jobs and candidates move between them without copy-pasting. After you sign in with your Goodfit account, you can: * Post a job — open a supported job board's "post a job" page (including LinkedIn, Indeed, and Wellfound) and have the form pre-filled from a job in your Goodfit account. You review and submit; nothing is posted automatically. * Import candidates — bring applicants from LinkedIn, Indeed, and Wellfound into a Goodfit job in one flow, with resumes processed in the background. You choose the job and the batch, and you can send assessment invites as you import. * Import jobs — pull your existing job posts from a supported board into Goodfit as drafts, with a quick search to find the ones you want. * Source from a profile — on a LinkedIn profile, see whether that person is already a candidate in your account, and add them to a job as a prospect or send an assessment invite. Avoid duplicates — badges show who you're already tracking, so you don't re-import or re-contact the same person. Every action is started by you and only affects your own Goodfit organization's data.
