Click the icon on a Zillow listing: save it to your GoDoor research board and see what it rents for.

Click the GoDoor icon on any Zillow listing and a small badge appears on the page. Tap it and the listing is one press from your GoDoor research board, with the address, price, beds, baths, size and photo already filled in. Tap again for the numbers: the median short-term rental income near the address (nightly rate, occupancy, a year's revenue, costs, cap rate) or the long-term rent estimate and its range from nearby listings. Results stay with the listing, so coming back to it shows what you already ran. GoDoor is a mortgage brokerage for investment properties with research tools built in. The extension asks for no access to any website: it does nothing until you click its icon, reads only the listing you clicked on, sends it only to your own GoDoor account, and never touches other pages or sites.
