Goal Power Dialer is a private, internal dialing tool for licensed insurance agents at the Holtz Organization who use Impact CRM (impact.ailife.com). CORE WORKFLOW - Pick your audio mode in the dialer panel — Desktop (laptop headset) or Mobile App (phone/tablet browser). Both use WebRTC; no phone bill, no cell minutes. - Click "Start Session". Your WebRTC client registers with Telnyx instantly — no parked-cell ring time. - Open a lead in Impact and click Mobile or Home; the dialer auto-fires the call to the prospect. - If the prospect picks up live, the call bridges to your WebRTC headset in sub-second time. - If voicemail picks up, AMD detects it and the dialer hangs up, auto-disposes "No Answer", and clicks Impact's down-arrow to advance to the next lead. KEY FEATURES - WebRTC-only dialing — Desktop mode (embedded SIP in the extension) or Mobile App mode (browser on phone/tablet). No PSTN agent leg, no per-minute telco charges on the agent side. - Voicemail detection (Telnyx Premium AMD + transcription trigger phrases). - Auto-disposition + auto-advance on no-answer. - Local-presence caller-ID — outbound caller-ID matches the prospect's area code. Month subscription gives each agent 10 dedicated numbers across 3 user-chosen states. - Plug-and-play microphone permission — one-click grant via a small extension popup; no Chrome settings spelunking. - Mobile companion app at app.goalpowerdialer.com/mobile — installable as a PWA on iOS (Add to Home Screen) or as a real Android APK. Shows live call status and remote-controls the dialer. - Auto-Attendant override button — one-tap suppress VM auto-hangup when you hit an IVR. - Email-code sign-in (no passwords). - Soccer / Phone theme toggle, scalable mini view, session history + daily stats jersey. - In-page History + Stats Jersey + Setup pills inside Impact CRM. ARCHITECTURE - Voice carrier: Telnyx (WebRTC SIP register on every agent leg). - Backend: Cloudflare Workers + Durable Objects + KV. - Auth: token + email-code, no passwords. - Call audio is never recorded or stored. Audio flows directly between Telnyx and the agent's browser headset. PRIVATE LISTING — only allowlisted Holtz Organization agent emails can install.
