For Red Elephant Way staff. Red Elephant Team is an item under Discipline in Togal's Organize by menu. Project Summary and Takeoff are on a drawing set's right-click menu. Second Look is on the Discard folder's right-click menu. Red Elephant Team has Togal file the sheets into discipline folders, then moves every sheet that is not about signage to Discard. When Togal has not read some sheets, it says how many and the button says Run anyway. Discard stays the last folder. Project Summary asks TogalGPT about the set and shows the answer. You can save it on the set or save the card as a PDF. Takeoff runs after the set is organized. It counts doors and exit signs on the architectural floor plans, and on area plans when that floor has them. It removes the other counts from your view. It uses the scale already on the sheet, or the scale printed in the title block. Floor plans Togal has not read, and that have no usable scale, are listed on their own. It also puts one red dot on each exterior sign callout on floor plans, elevations, and site plans. After Red Elephant Team finishes, Second Look reviews any sheets left in Discard on that same card. It reads Discard sheets that mention signage, wayfinding, monument, sign, or signs, plus nearby Discard sheets. It also reads Discard sheets that mention egress, code summary, evacuation, site plan, or site plans, and Discard sheets whose title has LEVEL and a number. It moves the ones that belong in another folder. On a set with no Floor Plans folder, that sheet goes back to its discipline folder. It leaves a yellow note to the left of each sheet it reads. The note says the sheet went back to that folder, then Gemini's reason. On a set that already has a Floor Plans folder, the note names the folder Gemini chose.
