zDialer no longer present in zoho

I have installed, removed and reinstalled zdialer but it still does not appear in zoho. Advise on next steps?

i have all 4 PAID subcriptions to access voice

i have credits in my wallet and yet i'm unable to buy a number and my credits yet i still Zoho cant seem to answer my ticket or emails and when they do its all boxed responses no solutions

Inability to dial

I have installed the ZDialer extension but it won't make a call. I have removed and reinstalled the extension, checked permissions, and nothing seems to be working. Please help.
