Bring your assigned leads into your Apex Mob Pipeline workspace. Connect the extension to your own Pipeline account with a one-use connection code. Open your supported source’s All Leads page, choose Me, clear the filters, and click Sync assigned leads. The extension checks the assigned list and refreshes full assigned lead cards, including contact details, security words, dates, additional phone numbers, card text and tables, and scanned cards when present. Depending on the source, cards may include policy, financial or health-related information. Existing Pipeline notes, call history and follow-ups are preserved. • Connect your own Pipeline account and check your source account ID. • Start each sync yourself and see its progress. • View full assigned lead cards and all available phone numbers in Pipeline. • Preserve CRM history when source assignments change. Requires an Apex Mob Pipeline account, owner enrollment, and authorized access to your own supported lead-source account. A separate Pipeline subscription and calling usage charges may apply. The extension itself does not place calls. Keep the source tab open until the sync completes. Incomplete or unreadable syncs stop without deleting saved CRM history.
