Record a visit from its open eCW Progress Note, review the draft, and complete physician-approved entry and Lock.

HUVA Scribe Lite helps clinicians prepare and review visit documentation alongside an open eClinicalWorks Progress Note. Open the intended Progress Note, sign in to HUVA, and start recording. Add notes during the visit, then stop recording to prepare a draft. Review the SOAP fields and ICD-10-CM/CPT suggestions together. Use Write note to enter the reviewed content, check the field results, and confirm Lock separately when ready. Lite reads the displayed medical history to provide context. When the current encounter has no carried-forward Medical History, starting the workflow may use eCW's Carry Forward once before Write note. Review this disclosure before recording. Lite does not rewrite Medical History as a generated note field. Features: - Record in the Chrome side panel and add clinician notes. - Review the five standard note fields and coding suggestions in one place. - Inspect the history used for the draft. - Follow a field-by-field entry checklist with verification. - Keep note entry and final Lock as separate clinician actions. Requirements: - A HUVA account, microphone access, and access to a supported eCW environment. - The intended patient's unlocked Progress Note must already be open. - Obtain required recording consent and review every generated clinical statement and code. Recording can continue when the side panel is closed. Reopen it to stop recording; closing the browser can lose unsent audio. Recording ends at 60 minutes, and pauses when the upload queue becomes too large. HUVA Scribe Lite provides documentation and coding suggestions for clinician review.
