2FA App not working

Our payroll service requires two-factor authentication. Authy Desktop was being terminated so we installed 2FA. It worked in the beginning but now when I type in my email address and password, it thinks for a minute, freezes, then gives me the error "Server is not responding correctly. Please try again later". This has been going on for over 3 weeks now. I cannot log into my payroll account until I get a code.

Cant find secret keys

Hi, I hope you can help me. I have been with typingdna for some time now but last week my old PC broke down & I now have a new PC with new hard-drive. The problem is I cant retrieve any of the information from my old hard drive ( secret keys) which I need to access for 1 of my websites. Can you help please

app setup failed

Even though I did everything right, when I enter the 6-digit code and press the send button, it says the app setup failed, why?

Filling a code should trigger a 'change' event on the field.

If a code field is set to enable the 'OK' or 'Continue' button once all 6 digits are entered, filling those digits with your extension doesn't work because no events are generated on the input field.

I need 2FA to re-open faebook account.

I don't have mobile pgone I have desktop and windws7. I downloaded the app but did not see a way to install. Facebook asks for confirmation code.
