QuickChart beside your EMR: pull the open chart or PDF into a visit with one click, or capture the window of a desktop EMR.

QuickChart is an AI documentation assistant for clinicians. This extension puts it in Chrome's side panel, next to the web-based medical record you already use, so the chart you are reading and the note you are writing sit side by side. What it does • Pull in page: reads the open chart, including values typed in form fields, and adds it to a QuickChart visit. It prefers an open chart window over the day's schedule and warns when what it read looks like a schedule or a list of patients. • Patient confirmation: shows the name, date of birth and health card it found and asks you to confirm before anything is linked. A patient you already have with the same health card is linked; a name alone is only suggested. If the page is for a different patient than the visit on screen, it says so before adding. • Capture window: for a medical record that is not a web page, takes one picture of the window you choose and adds it to the visit as a photo, read like a scan. • Everything else QuickChart does, recording, AI notes and documents, templates and sending, works in the panel as it does in a tab. How it treats your data • Nothing runs until you click. There is no background script watching pages. • Site access is granted one site at a time; the first pull from a site asks you, and you can revoke it on the extension's Details page. • Page text goes only to your own QuickChart account, over the same connection as the app. The extension stores no credentials and no page content. Works with most web-based medical records. A QuickChart account is required.
