Passwords for folders

Hello, I am looking for an extension to my Google Drive, that will allow me to add a password to my folders. I am not concerned about the email security built in to this app as much as i am looking for password protection of files and folders.

Secure Attachments

I have sent an attachment with LockMagic encryption but none of the recipients are able to open the attachment. When I click submit to view the attachment, it redirects to a blank screen that just says "to view the secure content"

Do both users have to have this extension

I need to send secure emails but I am not sure if all my send to people use gmail. Do both of us have to use Gmail and have to have this extension enabled?
