PanelLingo is a manga translator for Chrome that puts translated dialogue on compatible comic reading pages. Read Japanese manga or Chinese manhua in English, or choose another available language pair in the side panel. Translate visible images, the page, or an area you select. Read in your browser and switch between the original and translated view to check the dialogue as you go. CHOOSE HOW YOU TRANSLATE • Free local translation, no sign-in required: process images and translate on supported desktop Chrome installations without using Advanced points. Model and language downloads may be needed before first use. Availability depends on your browser, device and language pair. • Advanced: cloud translation using points from your signed-in account. Points are sold in one-time packs, with no subscription or automatic renewal. The current pack price and purchase terms appear before payment. READ WITH LESS SWITCHING • Choose your translation language from the side panel. • Use Translate Area to select the part of the visible page you want to read. • Use the original/translated view controls to compare results. • Retry failed images and reopen available paid results through Saved translations. • Adjust reading preferences and turn automatic translation on when you want it. PAYMENT AND RECOVERY Advanced uses one-time point packs with no subscription. Translation point corrections and cash refunds for purchases are different processes. A disconnected session may need recovery or review. See the Refund Policy for the applicable rules, and contact support with the task or order details if something goes wrong. HOW YOUR DATA IS USED Free processes comic images and text locally; it does not upload them to PanelLingo for translation. Downloading models and loading the original images still require network requests. Advanced asks for your cloud-processing consent before sending translation images or crops, text, glossary entries, language choices and task information to PanelLingo's backend and Google AI/OCR services. Completed cloud results are kept for 30 days. Unresolved delivery issues are retained until resolved, then for 30 days. Payment and point records are kept separately. Saved Advanced originals and recovery information are also kept on your device. Account, purchase and optional support data are processed when you use those features.
