SIMPLE & EASY! HOW IT WORKS: 1. Install and pin GMap Caller extension. 2. Sign in to your GMap Caller account at https://www.gmapcaller.com 3. Connect the extension from your signed-in workspace. The connection lasts one hour. Signing out clears it. 4. Search Google Maps or open a business listing. New Maps tabs stay connected while that hour is valid. You do not have to launch every search from the website. 5. GMap Caller badges appear beside matching businesses. Open the in-Maps panel to review history and choose Call now, Call with AI, or Add to campaign. Local sales, appointment setting, agency new-business, home-services prospecting, and founder-led outreach. If your pipeline starts or ends with a Google Maps search for a category and city, this extension keeps that search connected to your CRM and your calling workflow. Quickly know your clients and locations, or connect with new clients. It is NOT a bulk Google Maps scraper, lead database, or email finder. It does not auto-scroll results, run background searches, collect listings from pages you never opened, or sell business data. It saves the public listings from Maps searches you run while signed in. This is to streamline your connectivity to businesses. DATA DISCLOSURE: While your signed-in GMap Caller connection is active, the extension reads the Google Maps pages and business-listing responses you load. It sends the search query or URL and public listing details— business name, phone number, address, website, category, rating, hours, coordinates, and Google Maps identifier — to your GMap Caller account so the workspace can save and match those records to your customers and potential leads. This loads the history in real time. The extension also receives your account-scoped CRM status, campaign membership and choices, and recent manual or AI call records so it can show them in the Maps panel. Call records may include timestamps, status, duration, summaries, notes, and outcomes when those features are enabled. Transcripts and full recordings stay in the signed-in GMap Caller web app. Extension storage holds settings, the connected account identifier, short-lived scoped credentials, capture progress, saved business identifiers, and a small phone-to-place map for the current Maps tab. Storage is limited to trusted extension contexts. It is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking. The extension operates only on Google Maps, Google map-search pages, and GMap Caller. It does not monitor Gmail, Drive, or unrelated websites. It does not place calls merely because you browse Maps. Manual and immediate AI calls require your click. A business added to an active campaign follows that campaign’s configured calling hours, retry rules, and opt-out settings. PRIVACY AND ACCOUNT REQUIREMENTS: A GMap Caller account is required. Calling features also need calling setup: an allowed outbound number, a verified phone for tests or manual calls, and an active campaign for AI calls. The extension is free to install. GMap Caller may include a trial and paid plans after that. We do not sell extension or account data.
