GmailClass helps you organize the Gmail messages with labels you define. Powered by TypeSafe's Jev model, it adds category labels to your emails blazingly fast, so you can instantly see what deserves to be read, and what needs to be thrown away. What you can do • Create and edit your own categories and explain when to add a label to an email. • Let one email belong to several categories. • Filter messages and use a separate priority queue without rearranging Gmail's native inbox. Getting started You need your own TypeSafe API key. Save it in the extension settings, review the data disclosure, and enable classification. Provider usage may incur charges under your TypeSafe plan. GmailClass does not require an extension account. Privacy and limits Classification sends sender information, subject, visible preview, displayed date, category descriptions, and optional priority context to TypeSafe. Message bodies and attachments are not read. Your key stays in local extension storage. GmailClass does not send, delete, archive, mark emails read, or apply native Gmail labels. It classifies only emails loaded on screen. Optional anonymous usage reporting is off by default. If you opt in, only fixed events for opt-in, classification activation, category creation, and daily label use are reported. No email data, category text, API keys, account details, or device identifiers are included in these reports.
