Does not work with Chromium-based MS Edge
I can't get this extension to work with Microsoft Edge. Is it possible? The badge does not show up at all.

Doesn't work on Edge
I use the Chromium version of MS Edge and this extension does not seem to work. The other Gmail taskbar badge extensions in the Chrome Store do work on Edge, but not this one.
