It's very dishonest to say that it is free, and doubling-down this idea on your website by stating "All our features are 100% free!", and then making this a paid extension. Either you advertise it as paid, or you make it free. What you're doing with this extension is a stain in CloudHQ's reputation.

Absolute trash. It was free, and the only reason I even touched it was for the snippets, not all the useless extra features they’re trying to shove in. Now they’ve got the nerve to charge $4.99 a MONTH for that? Hard pass.

I have loved this extension, but suddenly it's a paid thing. Okay, I'll pay, but still my snippets are missing.

Advertising as "free" on this listing and multiple pages on their site but the free product is suddenly non-functional (can't use saved snippets or add/edit snippets) and prompts to upgrade on every page reload. I get moving to paid but I received zero communication about it and wasted an annoying amount of time trying to trouble-shoot why I got moved to a paid version and whether or not free is an option. It's a good product but all of a sudden you have to pay $4.99 / month or else put up with a distracting and annoying nag screen every time you refresh gmail. That's too much money if all you want are gmail snippets, given that there are free alternatives. I'd be happy to pay something less.

It used to be free, so our team switched over to this extension. But now they're asking us to pay for premium to keep using it, so this will be annoying to have to move my team back out of this solution.

Just got this for my entire team of 3. How awesome is it that I get to write snippets and then share them with my team? I love it because while I don't want to micro manage my team, sometimes I'm not sure if they'll respond to an email exactly how I would like them to, so this solves that problem. It also just saves a lot of time for everyone involved. I have about 16 snippets that I created and shared, and I'm just very grateful that this exists.
