Gmail Send to TAM Hub lets Axon TAMs log agency email correspondence from Gmail into TAM Hub without copying and pasting. Open a message in Gmail, then send it to My Agency → Emails with one click or a keyboard shortcut. The extension captures the subject, sender, recipients, date, and body from the message you have open. What it does Sends the currently open Gmail message to your selected agency in TAM Hub Saves to My Agency → Emails for your team’s agency record Works from the extension popup or with a customizable keyboard shortcut How to get started Install this extension from the Chrome Web Store In TAM Hub, go to Settings → Gmail extension and create a personal API token Open the extension popup, paste your token, choose your agency, and click Save Open a Gmail message and click Send to TAM Hub (or use the keyboard shortcut) Requirements Axon TAM Hub account at tam-hub.internal.axon.com Editor or owner access on the target agency Access to Gmail on the web (mail.google.com) Privacy & security Authenticates with your personal TAM Hub API token (stored locally in the extension) Only reads the Gmail message you have open when you send Sends data only to TAM Hub on the Axon internal network Tips Pin the extension for quick access Use Configure shortcut… in the popup to set or change Alt+Shift+T Revoke tokens anytime in TAM Hub Settings if you rotate credentials For setup help, see the Gmail Send to TAM Hub guide in TAM Hub under Documentation → Guides.
