Click Save as receipt. ReceiptStash reads the open thread in your browser and fills in merchant, date, amount, tax, and order id. Edit anything it missed, then keep a running ledger beside Gmail. This is a gmail receipts and gmail invoices tool — not an email open tracker. How it works 1. Install and reload Gmail. 2. Open a receipt email. 3. Click Save as receipt and confirm the fields. 4. Open the toolbar icon for your ledger, monthly totals, and CSV export. 5. Use Find receipts to jump to likely receipt mail with Gmail’s own search.
