Gmail shows you messages. It doesn't show you where a deal actually stands. LexaKeep adds a side panel to Gmail that tracks the state of your business conversations: who is waiting on your reply, what you promised and when it's due, what quietly changed between two emails, and the one next step for every open thread. When that step is a reply, it writes the draft with all of it in mind. You get it back on the third day of a negotiation, when a client asks why the delivery date moved and you can't remember whether you agreed to June 15 or June 30. Or on a Monday, when you realise the quote you promised on Friday never went out and nobody chased you for it. It never sends, archives or deletes anything. Drafts and labels only. Nothing leaves your mailbox without you clicking send. ⚡ WHAT IT DOES ⏳ Waiting board Two lists that stay current: who is waiting on you, and who you are waiting on. Each row shows the person, their ask in one sentence, and how long it has been sitting. When someone's silence runs past their usual reply time, the row says so. 🤝 Promise tracking, both directions "I'll send the contract Friday." "We'll confirm the budget next week." LexaKeep pulls those sentences out of your mail and theirs, works out the real due date, and keeps the original wording as proof. Overdue promises stay on your list until you close them. ✋ Promise check before you send Write a reply that commits you to something and a quiet bar appears under the compose box naming the promise and its date, along with how many open promises you already have with that person. Track it in one click or dismiss it. Your send is never blocked. 🔍 Change detection A delivery date moves from June 15 to June 30. A unit price shifts between two emails. LexaKeep puts both quotes side by side and flags it at the top of the thread, so you can raise it in your reply instead of discovering it in an invoice dispute. ✍️ Reply Studio Before you read a long thread, see what the sender wants in one sentence, the facts that matter, and three ways to answer: accept, negotiate, or ask for more. Pick one, set the tone and length, and the draft arrives in your compose window with the thread's open promises and detected changes already accounted for. You read it, you edit it, you send it. 🔔 Follow-up reminders and nudge drafts Choose "Remind me" when you send. If they reply first, the reminder cancels itself. If they don't, the thread rises to the top of your board and a short, polite follow-up is already waiting in your Drafts, attached to the same conversation. 🏷️ Inbox badges and Gmail labels Small badges next to the subject line: Reply, Waiting, Promised, Overdue, Changed, Draft ready. The same states are written as Gmail labels under a single LexaKeep folder, so they show up on your phone and in search. Both can be turned off. ☀️ Morning brief At the hour you choose: overdue promises, what's due today, who has been waiting longest, follow-ups that fired. Every line opens the thread or drafts the reply. If there is nothing pending, it says so. 👤 Contact memory Click a name to see the whole relationship: last message each way, open promises on both sides, active threads and where they stand, plus your own private notes. 🔒 HOW IT HANDLES YOUR MAIL Raw email bodies are never stored. During analysis a message is held for a few minutes and then deleted. What stays is the structured state: who's waiting, what was promised, what changed, each with a short quote so you can check it yourself. The extension itself never reads your mail from the page. It sends thread IDs and asks our server for that thread's state. One Gmail permission, gmail.modify: read messages, manage LexaKeep's own labels, create drafts. That permission cannot send email or permanently delete anything. Delete everything in one click. Within 24 hours every record is gone, the labels come out of your Gmail, and Google access is revoked. No percentages, no scores, no confidence bars. Every suggestion carries the sentence it came from, and you can dismiss or correct any of them. Your correction wins. 🧩 REQUIREMENTS Gmail in Chrome or a Chromium browser such as Edge, Brave or Arc.
