Add a Filter Settings button to Gmail's toolbar

Gmail's filter settings page is buried deep in the hierarchy. This extension adds a button to the toolbar that takes you directly to the filter settings page. It also supports shortcut keys. Ctrl+Shift+F (Win), Cmd+Shift+F (Mac)
