Gmail Drive Attachment Cards turns supported file links in Gmail into clean attachment-style cards with previews, labels, Save, Save All, Open, and Copy Link actions. It is useful for file-heavy Gmail messages such as form submissions, project updates, daily reports, site visit reports, and Smartsheet automation emails. Supported link types include: - Google Drive files - Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides links - Smartsheet attachment links Features: - Displays supported links as attachment-style cards below the email - Shows thumbnails and previews when available - Uses helpful labels such as section names, file names, and Smartsheet row context - Supports Save and Save All for supported file groups - Supports Copy Link fallback actions - Handles older Google Drive link formats - Provides clearer messages when Chrome, Google Drive, or Smartsheet limits save or preview behavior Version 1.4.10 adds Smartsheet attachment card support, Save All improvements, better card readability, improved labels, and better fallback handling. Notes: - Google Drive Save All may ask Chrome for permission to save files to the selected folder. - Smartsheet Save All uses Chrome Downloads because Smartsheet blocks direct folder saving from Chrome extensions. - If cards do not appear immediately after install or update, refresh Gmail or press Ctrl + Shift + R.
