Not working

When I click the name of the person it does not provide me the "add contact" option. What can I do?

Is this dead?

There does not appear to be any contact or website available for support, with only one review and submission both stemming from over 1 year ago. I would love the ability to add a contact right from the message in gmail rather than having to copy their info switch the contacts paste the info then go back to the message and reply... look forward to any help that might be available thanks!
