This extension adds a single toggle button to your browser toolbar that instantly turns Chat notifications on or off — no digging through Chat Settings > Notifications every time. Click the extension icon, see your current status at a glance, and flip it with one click. Your setting is remembered by Chrome, so it stays off (or on) until you change it again. Lightweight, no tracking, no data collection — it only controls the browser's notification permission for chat.google.com.
