Gmail Bulk Extractor - Save as PDF & Download Attachments
Overview
Select multiple Gmail emails and save them as PDF, download all attachments in bulk, export a ZIP, or merge into one PDF.
Save multiple Gmail emails as PDF, download all their attachments, and export entire selections in one click — without giving any app access to your Google account. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Save as PDF — each selected email becomes its own PDF, formatted like Gmail's print view. • Download attachments — pull every attachment out of every selected email, sorted into a folder per message. • Export as ZIP — emails and attachments in a single archive, one folder per email, with an index page for browsing. • Merge into one PDF — combine a whole selection into a single document, opened in a new tab to read, print or save. Works with personal Gmail and Google Workspace accounts, including multiple signed-in accounts. NO GOOGLE SIGN-IN, NO SERVER Most bulk email tools ask you to authorise them against your Google account, then process your mail on their servers. This one cannot, because it does not work that way. It reads the messages you select through the Gmail session already open in your browser, using Gmail's own print view and attachment URLs. PDFs are rendered locally by Chrome itself. Your email content never leaves your device: there is no server of ours for it to reach, no OAuth token, and no copy of your mail anywhere but your own computer. The only network requests the extension makes are licence checks to our payment provider, and they never contain email content. WHY YOU'LL LIKE IT • One-click bulk actions — handle dozens of emails at once instead of one at a time. • Works right inside Gmail — a native-looking toolbar appears above your inbox; no separate app or web page. • Clean, tidy output — sensible filenames and folders, with custom naming templates available. • Private by design — your email content is processed entirely on your device and is never sent to any server. • No Google sign-in or API setup — it uses your existing Gmail session, so there's nothing to configure. OPEN SOURCE The extension is MIT licensed and the complete source is on GitHub, including the exact code published here. Every privacy claim above can be verified by reading it. It requests no restricted Google account access.
