Whether you follow cloud infrastructure, developer tools or everyday online services, you can quickly see what needs attention. WHAT YOU GET • A colour-coded toolbar icon showing the current status of your watched services. • A badge counting affected services. • A popup with confirmed problems first, incident details and links to more information. • Last-check times and clear labels when information is outdated or current impact is uncertain. • Optional desktop notifications for new confirmed incidents. • Recovery notifications for eligible Pulse Pro accounts and existing accounts that retain recovery access. GET STARTED 1. Create or sign in to your account at globaloutagemap.com. 2. Choose the services you want to follow. 3. Open the extension and connect your account through the website. 4. Pin the extension to your toolbar. 5. Enable browser notifications if you want desktop alerts. A free GlobalOutageMap account supports up to three watched services. An optional paid Pulse Pro subscription provides unlimited watches and recovery notifications. The extension checks for updates periodically while Chrome is running. Provider coverage and update frequency vary. It does not guarantee immediate detection of every outage. PRIVACY AND PERMISSIONS The extension connects to GlobalOutageMap to retrieve your watchlist, subscription eligibility and service status.
