GlobalCodio Filing Co-Pilot

Shows a case’s answers beside the government portal for attended copy-filing.

GlobalCodio Filing Co-Pilot helps authorized case managers complete government visa portals accurately and quickly. When a case manager opens a supported government portal, the Co-Pilot side panel shows that case's questionnaire answers from GlobalCodio right next to the form — already formatted for the portal (for example, dates and country names) — with a one-click copy on every field. The panel is page-aware: it shows only the answers relevant to the portal page on screen, and updates as the case manager moves through the wizard. The Co-Pilot is an assistant, not an automation. The case manager browses and submits the real portal themselves; the extension never auto-navigates, never auto-submits, and never bypasses the portal's security. This keeps filings compliant and reliable. How it works 1. Open the government portal and sign in as you normally would. 2. Click the GlobalCodio icon to open the side panel and sign in with your GlobalCodio account. 3. Enter the case ID. The panel loads that case's answers. 4. Copy each answer into the matching portal field and submit on the portal.
