Overview
Monitor ServiceNow Lists and Notify changes
ServiceNow Monitor watches ServiceNow lists in your Agent workspace and tells you when new records arrive — so you don't have to keep refreshing a queue and watching the window. Open the popup and every list on the page is already found, listed by name. Tick the ones you want to watch. The extension refreshes them for you, and your selections are remembered when you reload the tab or restart your browser. FEATURES • Automatic list discovery - no hunting through the page to pick a list • Desktop notifications when new records arrive in a list you watch • Choose how often lists are checked, from 1 minute to once a day (5 by default) • Download any watched list's contents as JSON • Optionally POST newly arrived records to your own endpoint • Can't see a list? Pick it manually - its refresh control is still found for you WHAT'S NEW IN 1.1.1 Updated for the current ServiceNow interface, with more reliable change detection. Records are now identified by their ServiceNow record id, so an edit to a case you have already seen is no longer reported as a new arrival. Choosing which lists to watch is now automatic - no more collecting items and pairing a refresh control by hand - and your watched lists persist across reloads and browser restarts. You can also set how often lists are checked. PERMISSIONS Runs only on *.service-now.com pages. Your list data stays in your browser unless you configure an endpoint to send it to. Personal work, not affiliated with ServiceNow.
