how to delete a shared account

well, i shared a netflix account with a one month time limit. yet, my account is still available to this user, so the expiration date did not take effect. is there any way to manually remove access?

it wont allow to share the netfx account. once i send the code , it only redirect to netfx website ( homepage) but not log in with access to the account
