OffLadder CV: Resume Tailor & ATS Keyword Checker

Tailor your CV to the job post you're reading. See which skills match, with no made-up experience.

Be the one they call back. OffLadder CV sits in Chrome's side panel and helps you send a CV that fits the job in front of you, then keeps you moving after you apply. HOW IT WORKS 1. Evaluate. Open a job post and OffLadder CV picks it up automatically. A clear card shows how many of the role's must-haves you already cover, and a quick check tells you whether the post looks genuine. 2. Tailor. The AI resume tailor works in simple steps. First it asks about skills the job wants that your CV doesn't mention yet. Tell it what you've actually done and it turns your answer into a clean, ATS-friendly line. It never invents experience. You can see how many of the job's keywords your CV now covers, so you know where you stand with applicant tracking systems. 3. Pick a look and download. Choose a layout, accent colour and paper size, then download your CV as a PDF or Word file. AFTER YOU APPLY - Track each application from saved to offer, so you know when to follow up. - Find the hiring team and reach out. - Draft a short cover letter and screening answers from your own CV. - OffLadder CV remembers the jobs you applied to and reopens them on the Follow up step. GET READY FOR THE INTERVIEW When you need it, a link opens Laddie, the AI career coach on offladder.com, with interview practice and next steps built around the role and your skill gaps. NEW HERE? A short three-step walkthrough shows you around on first run. FREE TO USE 10 free tailorings every week. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your CV is processed privately to tailor it for you.
