The Epub AI Assistant is a Chrome extension that combines EPUB reading with AI-powered assistance. Import ebooks, manage your local library, navigate chapters, and adjust font sizes—all from your browser’s side panel. Connect an OpenAI-compatible model of your choice to access paragraph-by-paragraph bilingual translation, explanations of selected words, and chapter summaries, making foreign-language reading and learning easier. No sign-in is required, and books are stored locally. AI features are disabled by default; relevant text is sent to your chosen model service only after you enable them.
