It also flags companies with a history of H1B visa sponsorship across common H1B professions marking them "Recent H1B Sponsor" (sponsored within the last year) or "Past H1B Sponsor" (sponsored within the last 5 years). For H1B-sponsoring companies, a one-click "View Profile" button opens that company's full sponsorship profile on GlanceJobs.
