Glance is a free, unofficial tool for veterans. It puts what needs you on your own VA.gov claims and benefits in one place, so you don't have to hunt for it page by page. Not affiliated with VA. Glance is not made, approved or endorsed by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. VA.gov is the official source, and Glance can be wrong or out of date. WHAT YOU SEE • What needs you now: requests for evidence, failed uploads, debts and copays with due dates • Where each claim is, in 8 steps, each marked Done, Current or Not yet • Decisions from the last 30 days, with a link to your decision letter • Your next health appointments: date, time, place, and in person or video • Your next payment date (estimated), your last payment, and your combined rating • "What changed" since your last visit, and a number on the toolbar button HOW IT WORKS • The first time, Glance shows what it reads and asks you to agree. Then sign in to VA.gov as usual and press Check now. Glance reads your own information using the sign-in you already have. • It only reads. It never submits, uploads, changes or deletes anything. • It checks again every hour while Chrome is open. You can change how often in Settings. • Every item links to the right official page, where you take action. YOUR PRIVACY • Your data stays on your device, encrypted, in Chrome's local storage. • No Glance server, no account, no ads, no analytics, no tracking. • Glance never sees your password. • Settings → Delete all removes everything. Removing the extension does too. Glance does not give legal advice and does not help prepare or present claims. For help with one, contact an accredited VSO, attorney or claims agent. Free.
