Glance Networks

I use glance for work every day multiple times a day and it is a game changer. only time I ever have issues is when the user is on a MAC and they dont know how to enable screen recording, but I walk them through it

Junk.....can't connect with support and this has no support.

Twice I've tried to access it. Both times it said they would call me in 5 minutes. Both times I waited over 1/2 hour and never got a call back.

Cannot open it on Chrome, via my Mac. I have tried several times and even restarted the computer, but no luck. It is frustrating. I also tried via Firefox but nothing as well.

I have waited for 15 minutes and got nothing!!! How are you going to fix my problem. Barb. Pankratz,
