Glance Chrome
Overview
Your Glance dashboard as the Chrome new tab page. Unofficial port; runs entirely in your browser.
Glance Chrome turns your new tab page into a customizable dashboard built on Glance, the open-source feed dashboard. Add the widgets you care about and see them at a glance every time you open a tab: • RSS feeds, Reddit, Hacker News, YouTube and Twitch • Weather, markets and calendar • Docker Hub releases, GitHub releases and server stats • Custom API widgets, plus your own themes, pages and layouts HOW IT WORKS Set it up once: open the extension's Options page, upload your glance.yml config, and save. It uses the same configuration format as Glance, with support for environment variables, secrets and includes. Everything runs in your browser. Your config is stored locally on your device. There are no accounts, servers or analytics. Widgets contact only the sites you configure. NOTES • This extension replaces your new tab page. • Unofficial port of Glance; not affiliated with or endorsed by the Glance project. • Some server-only features (Docker unix socket, local server stats) aren't available in a browser. • Open source under AGPL-3.0: [https://github.com/ebrahimHakimuddin/glance-extension]
