It's not extension. Just link to online css editor site. But looks like cool css editing tool.

First time I've ever felt compelled to review an extension. Not only is this useful, it's really really fun to use!

Looks very interesting and promising. I hope that there will be no necessity to surfe web for often used css snippets in the future, as all the required functionality, code, samples, etc. can be found here. Superb tool!
