HOW IT WORKS • Uses your webcam to detect posture and movement — everything runs locally on your device using on-device AI (MediaPipe). No video is ever recorded, stored, or sent anywhere. • Monitors during deep work sessions and supported video meeting platforms (Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Slack). • Gives gentle, non-intrusive reminders when you've been slouching or sitting still too long. • Tracks your daily posture score, movement streaks, and fatigue trends over time. PRIVACY • All camera processing happens entirely on your device. Nothing leaves your computer. • Required permissions: - webNavigation: Detects when you join supported meeting platforms so monitoring activates automatically during calls. No browsing history is collected or stored. - identity: Used only for optional Google sign-in to sync your preferences and access premium features. - notifications: Sends posture reminders.
