Latest update added a suffix

Now when I save an image from twitter it adds a "-img1" at the end of the file when it didn't do that before.
Please add a toggle for the user to decide if they want the suffix.

No longer works

This add-on has been a time saver, but recently it's completely stopped working. I'd right click an image and select the drop-down and... nothing. No window opens up letting me save an image. It's not even a delay thing, even though that would be just as bad. It just doesn't work anymore and I don't know why, because it worked just fine a few days ago.

Is development dead?

Would like to use this for other sites,it's a genius idea and exactly what I've been looking for.
