Overview

Walk an L-shaped hospital corridor and detect anomalies in this atmospheric first-person 3D browser game. 25 wards. Can you escape?

WARD 13 — ANOMALY PROTOCOL You have been admitted to Ward 13. Walk through 25 L-shaped hospital corridors. At the end of each ward, decide: did you spot an anomaly — something wrong, missing, moved, or out of place — or was everything normal? 25 correct assessments to be discharged. One mistake ends the run. ── FEATURES ────────────────────────────────────────────────────────── 🏥 ATMOSPHERIC 3D ENVIRONMENT An L-shaped hospital corridor rendered in real-time 3D. Yellowed tile walls, stained linoleum floors, drop ceilings with flickering fluorescent lights. Everything procedurally generated — no external assets needed. 🔬 20+ UNIQUE ANOMALY TYPES Each ward may contain one of over 20 different anomalies: • Blood puddles on the floor • Bloody handprints on the walls • A light that has turned red • A flickering or extinguished light • A missing gurney or wheelchair • A gurney that has tipped over • The clock hands pointing the wrong way • The EXIT sign arrow flipped backwards • A patient monitor that has switched on • A "HELP ME" warning sign • A shadow figure on the wall • A ceiling stain that wasn't there before • A door left open (revealing darkness) • Extra equipment that shouldn't be there • And more... 🎮 SIMPLE, TENSE GAMEPLAY Move with WASD. Look with the mouse. Walk to the EXIT at the end of each corridor. You have 15 seconds to make your call: Z = Anomaly detected X = All clear ⏱ PROGRESSIVE DIFFICULTY Level 1 is always normal — a tutorial to study the layout. From Level 2 onward, roughly 60% of wards contain an anomaly. The anomaly types rotate, so you always face something different. 🔊 ATMOSPHERIC AUDIO Procedural footstep sounds, ambient drips, feedback tones. All generated with the Web Audio API — no audio files to download. ── HOW TO PLAY ─────────────────────────────────────────────────────── 1. Click the WARD 13 icon in your toolbar 2.
