Extension to enrich GitLab Pipeline form

Enrich GitLab's Pipeline forms with common input controls - dropdowns, checkboxes, datepickers. To convert an input to desired type, simply use on of supported input types in variable description in .gitlab-ci.yml file - e.g. @@list[], @@bool, @@date
